Sophisticated Spring Greenwich Village Engagement Portraits
It was so fun photographing Liz and Ted’s Greenwich Village Engagement Portraits in NYC. They’re adorable and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding! I love working with couples before their wedding as we all to know one another. I get to learn everyone’s best angles. Overall, it can build of confidence to have an engagement shoot to see what you look like on film, giving couples one less thing to worry about on their special day.
Perfectly Sweet Playful Style
These two are probably going to have a gorgeous wedding, if this springtime Greenwich Village engagement portrait shoot is any indication. I simply LOVE Liz’s sunny yellow dress! The clean lines paired with her sweet pink scarf and nude kitten heels were stunning. They were perfectly complemented by the spring cherry blossoms which we found in the park nearby. Ted wore a smart, well fitted navy suit. That’s always a great choice for this type of occasion. The whole shoot was tied together by the unique downtown architecture of Greenwich Village and the iconic architecture of Washington Square Park.
Sunny, Complete with Ice Cream!
In conclusion, we all had a such a pleasant afternoon wandering the cobblestone streets of Greenwich Village in search of the next perfect spot to pose. Perhaps most noteworthy, we managed to stop for an ice cream cone. It made for an adorable shot of Liz’s engagement ring and happy smile. Liz and Ted were complete pros at smiling and looking in love. These photographs were shot with a combination of film and digital. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
